Gun season in Illinois opened yesterday which gave us some excitement Saturday morning. This buck was resting right by our deck, 10 feet from the house with is ladyfriend. Shortly after spotting them another nice buck was in the neighbor's yard trying to join the party but this was guy was not having it. After numerous photos and video and gauking, I had enough time to post this and they're still in the backyard hanging out. Too bad archery closes during shotgun season or they'd be staying indefinitely.
just over 2 hours later the mean neighbor lady came out of her house screaming for them to get out of the neighborhood. We're going to have a chat with her shortly about her attitude.
