Father's Day

We spent Father's Day in Peoria this year. It was a low-key day, but we all had a good time! Olivia and I are very thankful for Tim and she did a great job saying, "Happy Father's Day!" Adding the ingredients for waffles

Swimming/Movie Date

Well, we have had a great start to summer! Yesterday, Olivia and I went with some friends to the pool. She LOVED it! I think she must have gone down the kiddie water slide about 20 times in a row!! She hasn't yet grasped the concept of waiting in line for her turn, but luckily the others kids just let her push her way through to the front:)

Today, we had a movie date---went to see Toy Story 3. She had seen one of the other Toy Story's when we went for our MN visit, so she was looking forward to Buzz and Woody. It's a long movie for kids, but she handled it like a champ!

I'm sorry I don't have any pictures to share from these great adventures, but I'm sure we will be able to capture some fun times in the coming weeks!

This and That/Early Father's Day

Arizona Trip

Tim and I went out to Arizona last Sunday for a week. It was hot, hot, hot, but we had a great time, and I definitely enjoyed some relaxation:) I was fascinated by all of the cactuses (or cacti??)
